If you receive a product that is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in poor quality in any way simply take a photo of the product and send it to us at [email protected] Our Team will quickly inspect the error and have a replacement sent out right away. We will also immediately notify you when you can expect your replacement. That is our Customer Protection Policy for making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
In case there is an issue with your reprint or your re-issued purchase, we will ask you to again send us photo of the issue to [email protected]. After receiving the photo documentation of the issue, we will send you a full-order refund within 72 hours of receipt of documentation.
