Is my artist agreement with Giving Arts exclusive?

No, it is not and we encourage our Artists to seek multiple opportunities to market and sell their art. Just keep in mind that if you sign a licensing agreement for example with a manufacturer who wants to sell your design on a coffee mug, and that licensing agreement is exclusive, and we are selling a like product, you must immediately notify us to remove that product from our store.
